White Contact Lenses - Buy White Contact Lenses
70The main reasons why contact lenses and eyeglasses were invented is to correct or at least improve the condition of people who are suffering from Myopia ( nearsightedness), Hyperopia (farsightedness), presbyopia (need for bifocals) and Astigmatism (distorted vision). The normal and ideal process before anyone gets to wear any of these devices is for the patient to get checked by an optometrists or by an opthalmologists first, before getting a prescription or a recommendation. For contact lens - it is very important for a patient to undergo a fitting exam first since eyeglass prescription may differ from a contacts prescription. However nowadays, in over 120 million people who uses contact lenses, not all of them are using it because of any of the main reasons that are stated above. A substancial chunk of the contact lens users' pie is using lenses just for aesthetic reasons or just to simply change their looks. Modern contact lenses now come in different colors, so it's very understable that some people are looking for colors according to their style. Some look for blue, some look for green and others look for white contact lenses.
Where and Why people buy white contact lenses ?
Belive it or not, there are some people who buy and wear cheap white contact lenses just to freak out their friends which is very normal during halloween. In fact, there's always an increase in sales of red and white contacts days before halloween. White lens are very spooky so they are perfect for halloween parties or even for cosplays. Other people also think that white contact lenses are perfect for edgy fashion statements and fancy dress.
Other names for white contact lenses are white block lenses, white outs, basic white lenses or solid white contact lenses but don't be confused coz they're all just the same. The best place to find these lenses is of course, online. All it takes is a 5-10 minutes of site hopping and it's almost impossible not to find something that will fit your taste and your budget. Speaking of budget, the prices depends on the manufacturer, but normally it's just about 30 to 50 US Dollars or somewhere in that neighborhood. Just browse through the internet for some local optical shops so you can check the prices and visit their shop yourself when you get the time. That way, you can look for other designs you might like as not all of their contact lens designs are posted online all the time. Who knows, if you go to their shop physically, you might just get lucky and find some contact lenses on sale that are not yet updated on their website.
You got to be careful though when buying non prescription contact lenses. Eventhough these lenses don't have any corrective powers or they are just PLANO 0.00, Doctors still don't suggest or recommend that a person wear contact lenses without getting checked by an opthalmologist or a optometrist as improper usage or wrong "fit" may cause permanent damage to your eyes. It's also very important that you're given a professional instruction on how to wear them or use them just to avoid anything that will harm your eyes. It's just not acceptable to put your eyes in danger just because you want freak out your friends or change your looks. So if you want to be safe, don't hesitate to visit an optometrist.

I don't think this is the best color for contacts. The bright colors really pop the most! It is so true though about not getting cheap contact lenses. They can really damage your eyes. Thanks again for the info here!
